Yes — every product is inspected before it ships. We work with licensed and verified suppliers to guarantee authenticity and quality for every plushie, accessory, and apparel item we offer.
Plushies are spot-clean only with a damp cloth and mild soap. Apparel care instructions are printed on the tag — most items are machine-washable cold and tumble-dry low. Accessories should be kept dry and away from direct sunlight.
Plushies are soft toys and stuffed friends; Beauty includes makeup, skincare, and grooming; Clothing covers tops, bottoms, and outerwear; Accessories includes jewelry, hair items, and phone charms; Bags & Cases includes pouches, backpacks, and totes; Costumes are full outfit sets for cosplay or dress-up.

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item cost. Plushies and beauty products that have been opened are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
